The Zebra-Striped Whale
Located across the street from The Temperance House in historic Newtown, Zebra-Striped Whale is a family-owned and operated gourmet ice cream & coffee cafe. ZSW boasts an impressive collection of toppings and is well known for their Ultimate Whirlwinds, which are hand-whirled on a frozen granite slab (à la Cold Stone). There is a cozy seating area inside, as well as some benches scattered around the street outside.
