We had a wonderful Easter dinner at the Brick Hotel. It was warm that day and we couldn't resist sitting outside for dinner. This was the first time we took our son to a more upscale restaurant (he's 3.5) so sitting outside was better for him. We ordered him a grilled cheese which was gourmet all the way. Thankfully they allowed us to substitute brocolli for the fries that normally came with the sandwich and they were done perfectly. I had the lamb special and my husband had the salmon. The lamb was really good but my favorite part was the vegetables (roasted). The Brick Hotel doesn't have a deep or varied menu but the items that are included are inventive and delicious. We look forward to MANY dinners on their beautiful patio/garden this summer. Oh, and a note on the drinks...they did NOT skimp on the alchohol...I had to order an additional cranberry to thin out my cosmo :-)
